This module provides for the online allocation of teachers and rooms as per availability in the institution. It has various forms which can interact with the user to optimize the time utilization of the teachers depending upon the availability of the room. The Form Teacher Subject details provide entry for the Teacher and the subject he/she can teach.
The form which displays Room/Lab shall allow entry of the number of rooms/labs available in the institution.
Set Time Table Form displays an on-screen timetable and a tree view of the Courses and semesters. Selecting a particular semester of a course shall display the timetable, on clicking the day/period junction a pop-up screen shall enable for setting the lecturer’s schedule.
Teacher Time Table screen allows searching for the availability of the teacher to be allocated a particular period.
