The objective of this module is to capture information concerning various parameters that are required during the setting up of Hostel modules and process the captured data to churn out the required results.
Within the Hostel module, the hostel head provides the facility to feed the names of different Boys’ and Girls’ hostel’s names.
The hostel room Detail head provides the capacity of the rooms hostel-wise.
The Allotment head gives the details of the room and the student to which the room is allotted.
The Evacuation head is used when the room is evacuated by any of the boarders.
Similarly, the Transfer head is used when a particular room has been transferred to any other student.
